Welcome to Artisanal Painting Services. By engaging our painting services or browsing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any service booking.

1. Service Scope
Our services include, but are not limited to: HDB & BTO painting, condominium painting, landed property painting, office & commercial painting, feature walls, ceiling painting (with anti-mould option), industrial painting, and waterproofing solutions.

2. Estimates & Quotations

  • All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

  • Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions, wall surface preparation, and customer’s choice of paint brands or finishes.

  • Additional requests not covered in the quotation will be billed separately.

3. Payments

  • Payment terms will be clearly stated in the quotation or invoice.

  • Deposits may be required before commencement of work.

  • Final balance is payable upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Service Warranty / Guarantee
We stand by our workmanship. Artisanal Painting Services provides the following warranty:

  • Workmanship Warranty: Up to 12 months against peeling, blistering, or flaking due to poor application.

  • Anti-Mould Guarantee: For ceilings and walls painted with our anti-mould solution, we provide a 6–12 month protection guarantee (depending on paint brand chosen).

  • Eco-Friendly Paints: Low-VOC, safe-for-home paints are available upon request. Results may vary depending on environmental conditions.

Note: Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, structural cracks, water seepage, or damage caused by external factors.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule projects with at least 7 days’ notice.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 7 days before scheduled work.

  • Refunds are only applicable if we fail to deliver the agreed scope of work.

6. Liability
While our team takes great care to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden structural issues, or damages caused by unforeseen circumstances.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
